These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and joay9 ("joay9", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the joay9 website at joay9.asia and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the joay9 Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any service offered by joay9.

IMPORTANT — If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to use joay9 under any circumstances. Access by persons under 21 constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all funds.

To register and use a joay9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. joay9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
  • You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial entities may not register accounts.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. False information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • You must not be accessing joay9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of joay9 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
  • You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously suspended or permanently closed by joay9 for breach of these Terms.

joay9 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested by joay9 may result in account suspension pending verification, withholding of withdrawal requests, and ultimately account closure if verification cannot be completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account with joay9 at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joay9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals contained therein.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joay9 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
  • All activity that occurs on your joay9 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity personally.
  • You must notify joay9 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • joay9 support will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment method details. Any communication purporting to be from joay9 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to joay9 immediately.

joay9 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period of time. Players will be notified in advance of any account closure due to inactivity. Any remaining account balance at the time of closure will be made available for withdrawal subject to the Platform's standard identity verification process.

Your joay9 account is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an account to another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all involved accounts.

joay9 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.   • All deposits are credited to your joay9 account wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). joay9 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrencies or any other digital assets.
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise specified at the time of deposit. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into the same account. joay9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in another person's name, or accounts not previously verified under your account profile.
  • joay9 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds into your account.
  • joay9 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms associated with the funds being withdrawn.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take longer. joay9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions outside of its control.

joay9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

  • Bonuses are credited to your account wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual offer terms.
  • Bonuses are available to eligible new and returning players. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
  • joay9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn or modified will be notified of the change and the applicable updated terms.
  • The use of any strategy, technique, or coordinated behaviour designed to exploit bonus terms — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account termination.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific game, bet level, and expiry period stated in the relevant offer. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

joay9 is the sole and final arbiter of whether a player has met the applicable wagering requirements for any bonus. Any dispute regarding bonus calculations, credited amounts, or wagering progress must be raised with joay9 customer support within seven (7) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

All bets placed on joay9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules prior to placing a bet. joay9 publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules in the relevant sections of the Platform.

  • All bets are final once confirmed. joay9 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed by the system, except in cases where joay9 determines in its sole discretion that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or an obvious pricing error.
  • In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled based on real-time event data. joay9 is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a player from placing or amending an in-play bet. It is the player's responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection when using in-play features.
  • Casino games and slots use certified RNG technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. joay9 does not modify or influence game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are publicly available within the game's information panel.
  • joay9 reserves the right to void any bet or round of play where a technical error, software fault, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome of that bet or round. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account wallet. No additional compensation is payable in respect of a voided bet.

Maximum win limits apply per single bet, per game round, and per day across all products on the joay9 Platform. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting market. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum win limit will be capped at the stated limit, with the excess forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joay9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players through the standard user interface.
  • Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event, or participating in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt conduct in relation to any event on which joay9 offers betting markets.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws or financial crime regulations.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or display errors in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions, or bonus crediting errors.
  • Opening or operating a joay9 account on behalf of a third party, accepting bets from third parties through your own account, or acting as an agent for any other person in relation to betting activity on the Platform.
ZERO TOLERANCE — joay9 operates a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, collusion, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is monitored, logged, and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited without exception.

joay9 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your joay9 wallet. Deposit limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

joay9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7, the eligibility requirements in Section 2, or the account registration rules in Section 3.
  • Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe specified by joay9, or submission of false, forged, or misleading documentation in support of a verification request.
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account, whether or not formal legal proceedings have been initiated.

Upon permanent account closure, joay9 will conduct a review of any outstanding account balance. Where joay9 determines that the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms, outstanding balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where account closure is initiated by the player voluntarily, or by joay9 for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance will be made available for withdrawal.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joay9 shall not be liable to any player for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect losses, consequential losses, or special losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether such losses arise in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if joay9 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

joay9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruption. The Platform may be subject to periods of maintenance, update, or downtime during which some or all services may be temporarily unavailable. joay9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits joay9's liability for death or personal injury resulting from joay9's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. joay9's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall in any event not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

joay9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, joay9 will provide notice to registered players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting joay9 support. The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will be the version applicable to that dispute. joay9 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current provisions.
